The UN endorsed ceasefire, as a result of UN Resolution 1701 is still holding. It is important to note as one reader pointed out, that the UN forces that will be replacing the vacating Israeli troop is no longer under Chapter 7.
Lets hope this ceasefire holds and the Lebanon can now start focussing on rebuilding
